As a manufacturer operating in the Japanese market, we are legally obliged to subject each of our products to complex tests, the results of which determine whether a certain product description or claim can be used. Examinations of chemical products in Japan are led by the JISC (Japan Industrial Standards Committee), a governmental supervising body.

Soft99 products are completely safe for glasses (lenses) and for most frames. However, there are exceptions, such as wooden frames, which can suffer some damage from certain products.
